Put a bowl of eggnog in the center of the room, and put one cup for each player in a circle a few feet away, (put the cups closer for younger children, further away for older ones).
Give each player a spoon. When the adult calls out “Go!” each child has to run back and forth from the bowl to their cup carrying spoonfuls of eggnog.
